THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS: Our Pastoral Ministry is made up of our ordained clergy, licensed evangelists and missionaries, stewards and mission workers. Worship planning and leadership, pastoral care and counseling, training in discipleship and evangelistic outreach are all coordinated by this council.

THE COUNCIL OF TRUSTEES: Our Administrative Ministry is made up of those elected by the congregation to provide for the care of our facilities and physical resources, administer the funding for our ministries, ensure fiscal accountability and maintain the records of the congregation.

THE PASTOR: The Rev. Dr. John R. Norwood, Jr. is the Overseer of Pastoral and Administrative Ministries and, as such, serves as the chairman of the Consistory. Pastor Norwood has served in ordained ministry for almost twenty-five years, and as the pastor of this congregation for over fifteen years. He has been a college, military, and correctional chaplain. He has a passion for both learning and teaching, having served as a field education supervisor for both Princeton Theological Seminary (his alma mater) and New Brunswick Theological Seminary; and, he is currently a member of the faculty at the Eastern School of Christian Ministry at Palmer Seminary. Pastor Norwood is also a pastoral volunteer to the Christian Prayer Circle Ministry of the Nanticoke Lenni-Lenape American Indian Tribe.
