NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER SERVICE on Thursday, May 2nd, at 6:30pm. Come join us as we sing praises to our Lord and Savior, Share in the reading of Scripture and Pray for our Brothers and Sisters across the country together. Light refreshments will be served.

UJIMA LEADERSHIP RENEWAL GATHERING on Saturday, May 4th from 11:30am to 3:30pm. This is a very important meeting for all Consistory Members and all Ministry Leaders. Full participation is of great importance.

COMMUNITY DAY PREPARATION MEETING. A brief meeting will be held Sunday, May 5th, immediately following the morning worship.

CHURCH ASSEMBLY MEETING via Zoom on Monday, May 6th, at 6:30PM. Zoom link to be posted. The agenda will include the fiscal report, proposed budget, ministry reports, and the church calendar. Any questions or additions to the agenda must be submitted to the Pastor no later than May 5th.

CHURCH-WIDE MOVIE NIGHT FELLOWSHIP will be on May 9th at 6:30PM. Sponsored by the Brotherhood of Mighty Men.

THE CHOIR REHEARSAL will be on the 2nd and 4th Monday's at 6:30 pm

MONTHLY WORSHIP MINISTRY LEADERSHIP MEETINGS. Meeting details will be provided via text and will include dial-in information. The next meeting will be May 6th, at 6:30PM.

WOMEN OF NIA “Caring and Sharing” fellowship will be on May 17th in the Lighthouse café at 6:30PM.

THE COALITION OF YOUNG BELIEVERS is hosting free SPRING SPECIAL Eat, Fellowship, and Connect event for “20 and 30 Somethings” on Saturday, May 25th at 6:30PM in the 1st Floor Classroom. The topic of discussion will be, “How Do You Define Yourself?”  RSVP to Contact@UjimaChurch.org with the subject “Spring Special”  no later than May 20th. 

CHURCH KITCHEN ETIQUETTE - If you bring food to an event, you should also remove the food you brought. Please remove leftovers from the kitchen (even from the refrigerator) in order to keep away unwanted four-legged tenants.

BABY BOTTLE FUNDRAISER in support of “Options for Women” pregnancy support ministry. Please turn in your bottles and pick up another, fill it with money (coins, bills, checks). This will be an ongoing fundraiser sponsored by the Brotherhood of Mighty Men.

THE MIGHTY MEN will rehearse after worship on the 1st and 3rd Sundays.

UJIMA’S MIGHTY MEN MEET IN-PERSON & BY CONFERENCE CALL  for fellowship on the first Sundays at 9:30AM in the Lighthouse Café. This is an Outreach Opportunity!
